Variants of blackjack

 

Classic Blackjack 

Under the rules of the classic blackjack game, each player plays against the dealer. You are dealt two cards at the beginning and either keep these cards or draw another card to get as close to 21 as possible without going over them. The goal is to beat the dealer who must take another card if he has less than 17 and has to stick to his cards if they are above 17.

European Blackjack –

The European Blackjack game is played with two card decks. You can double only if you have a total card value between 9 and 11. You can not double after sharing and re-sharing or Surrender is not allowed. The dealer must draw another card at less than 17.

Vegas Strip Blackjack –

The Vegas Strip Blackjack game also uses two decks of cards. You can double any first hand and you can double even after splitting. In addition, it is permissible to divide again into three hands, i. If you receive another card with the same number after the first division, you may re-divide.

Multi-Hand Blackjack-

In this blackjack game variant, five card decks are used and the dealer must remain with his hand on a hand of 17 hands containing an ace. You can only double between 9 and 11 on one hand, and doubling after splitting or re-splitting is not allowed. In addition, the player may not surrender.

Single Deck Blackjack –

The house advantage of this variant is much lower than other variants because you can count the cards pretty easily. It is played with a deck of cards and the dealer must draw another card with a card value up to 17. You are allowed to double with each hand, and doubling after splitting is allowed, but you are only allowed to split once.

Progressive Blackjack –

In this online blackjack game variant, there is a jackpot bet that must be made on each hand. This jackpot grows during the day. If you receive a 7, you win ££5. With two consecutive 7s, you win  £25. If you have the same colour, you will receive £50. Three of them will get you £250 and if they are the same colour, you will get £1000 for it. If you win three consecutive checkers, you win the jackpot, which can be worth thousands of pounds!

Blackjack Switch –

In the Blackjack Switch, the player has to have two bets of the same value. And all cards will be dealt face up. The player can exchange the 2nd card that has been dealt. You can double each hand and double it after splitting, but you are only allowed to split once. A blackjack is paid out 1: 1 and a dealer will push against every hand except for a blackjack.

Spanish 21 –

With Spanish 21, you can double in any number of cards. Different blackjack combinations pay different bonus levels. There are no 10-card cards in the deck, so the only ten-value cards are the character cards.

Double Exposure Blackjack-

In Double Exposure, both cards of the dealer will be dealt face up and the dealer wins every draw except blackjack. Blackjack pays out 1: 1. The game is played with 8 decks of cards, and the dealer must take another card on a 17-card face containing an ace. They may divide up to four hands and can only double at 9 to 11. Doubling after splitting is also allowed.

Double Attack Blackjack –

In Double Attack Blackjack, the player bets on the result of the dealer’s next card; the payout ratios are different. Take a look at our Double Attack table for more details.

Pontoon –

Pontoon is a blackjack variant in which you divide all two cards with a value of 10, even if the two cards are not equal. If you share aces, you may only draw one more card per hand. The dealer wins in a draw and any five cards, which together have a value less than 21, the payout ratio is 2: 1. You can only surrender if the dealer shows an ace or a character card and the dealer must draw another card on a hand of 17 that contains an ace.
